Passionate about hospitality, Camille specialized in hotel finance after graduating from Edhec Business School with a MSc in Corporate Finance and Business Management. He brings extensive operational experience from his roles in property finance at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and independent hotels across Europe and Asia Pacific in the last 14 years.

His key achievements include the successful opening of properties in Samoa and Australia, the development of best-practice finance training for hotel Heads of Departments—which led to enhanced compliance and financial performance—and the transformation of the finance function for two independent hotel groups in Australia.

Camille is driven by results and achievements, with well-developed data and IT skills. He fosters a strong compliance and ethical culture within his teams, upholding values such as integrity, fairness, and self-reflection.

Anthony Pham

Anthony is a finance and accounting professional with over 7 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, particularly within F&B venues and luxury hotel operations. His work is characterized by a strong commitment to driving financial results and excellence.
